I recently purchased a portable pitching mound through your company and we had to return it when we found out that our storage shed could not hold it. Our playing field is on school grounds so we are not allowed to keep the mound on the field or build an extra storage shed - we have to make due of what they give us. PS has worked very hard over the past couple weeks to help me with the original shipment, arranging the return, and also in getting a new replacement mound ordered. I appreciate her efforts - she not only saved me some money with her time and efforts, she was more importantly very pleasant to work with, she stayed in touch with me, and made me feel like she really cared.
