Actually I don't have a question, but a compliment. I love shopping online because of the convenience, but some times the customer service is lacking. However, I can't say "thank you" enough for the incredibly helpful, patient and courteous staff you have there. I called today to order a Christmas gift for my 6-year-old. The No. 1 item on his list and I was crossing my fingers that I would be able to find it and get it in time with express delivery. S.R. went really above and beyond any online customer service experience I have ever had to check on whether indeed you could meet my order for the Gators uniform by Christmas. I inadvertently disconnected while on hold and those who answered were just as courteous and connected me with S.R. right away. You deserve an A+ for customer service. I also want to sincerely thank S.R. and your entire team for helping this mother meet her son's Christmas wish. Go Gators!
