I am just writing to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the wonderful customer service I received recently. I was on a very tight and stressful deadline and unfortunately part of my order was stolen/missing when I receive the box the day before my event. A.S. worked with me very patiently and assured me that everything would be fine. She was able to resolve my issue and was very instrumental in my event being a success! The event was for my late brother's wife and she and her kids loved the NC pendants. Again, thank you so much A.S. for everything you did to make this night very special for my family! Good Afternoon Anna, Thanks for your excellent customer service today. You really helped make this a very enjoyable experience. To Anna's Manager, Far too often in life we hear about the negative, but I believe we should also highlight the positive, thus I am sending this note. Having previously worked in market research I know the value of customer feedback, so here goes. A while back I was searching for football pennants on the internet and came across your site. I only bookmarked the page as you had a good price but I had questions regarding the product and I rarely purchase anything over the internet. Today while trying to clean up my favorite sites list, I reopened the page, see link below. When I tried to leave, a pop up chat box appeared with K.S. me why I was leaving. Not having experienced this before I decided to enter into the chat. It was a unique experience and I was offered a $5 discount if I continued. That was the first of two positives in dealing with Online Sports. I decided to call the 800 # figuring it would be quicker to get the answers I was looking for. To be honest I didn't really think I would get the answers. A.N. answered the phone and was more than helpful. I explained the nature of my query and she said she would go into the warehouse and check for me if I didn't mind waiting on hold. This was a shock, that someone would get out of their seat and actually go to check on something. A.N. couldn't answer 100% of the questions as the package was sealed but was she able to provide enough info, and since she was so helpful, I decided to make the purchase. A.N.'s willingness to help me really helped close this sale. This was the third and most influential of the positive aspects I encountered in dealing with Online Sports. Kudos to your team and company for really understanding what customer service means and bringing a very personal touch to what started as just another internet search. Your staff turned a routine search into a sale! Cheers,
