I got your phone call on Friday (actually, I got it this morning). Thanks very much. I think that's a great strategy to have the manufacturer ship the missing parts directly to me. More importantly, your phone call is a mark of great service. The biggest challenge in customer service is managing customer expectations. You went above and beyond typical customer service models. Great job.
Just so you know how important this order is, we are donating these hoops to a local school that teaches mostly poor inner-city kids. Having them by the end of February was our goal. We can install them anytime thereafter. So we don't mind the delay for the missing parts.
