If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Action Golf, simply return it un-used within 30 days and your money will be refunded in full. There is also a limited one year manufacturer's warranty with each club. All clubs and bags are guaranteed to be free of defects. All shafts carry a lifetime guarantee against breaking under normal use. (smashing club against tree is not normal) Any club that proves defective within 1 year will be repaired or replaced at the option of the manufacturer. Shafts are guaranteed for the time original purchaser owns said club. Owner to ship complete club and proof of purchase to manufacturer pre-paid along with proof of purchase.

Shipping Options, Costs, and Lead-times
Your order will ship either UPS or Federal Express. You may choose regular
shipping $8.00 for one club; a set of 3 or 4 clubs $12.00; a set if irons
$16.00 and a golf bag $12.00. For 2nd Day Air, 1 club $15.00; a set of
3 or 4 clubs $20.00;a set if irons $25.00. Alaska and Hawaii add $20.00
to 2nd day air prices. International shipping rates differ for each country
and will be quoted to you by email after you finish submitting your order.
International orders will ship only after you approve international shipping
charges.
Regular UPS or Fedex delivery in North America: Most orders ship within 24 hours after we receive the order and payment information unless customizing is involved. You will receive your order within 1-7 business days after it ships. You can request expedited shipping in the COMMENT section on the ordering page and we will let you know what the extra costs would be for your approval. If you prefer to have the order ship without your approving the exact expedite fee, you may also let us know that you would like to have the order expedited and approve shipping fees up to a certain amount.
