2. Next, an affirmation of the session is signed by both the athlete and the UDA representative, and is stored in a secure, permanent file.
3. A UDA hologram with a unique serial number is affixed to each piece of signed memorabilia. It's your number. And no other item or individual can claim it.
4. Then, a certificate of authenticity is assigned to your piece of memorabilia. It has a matching hologram which contains an identical serial number to that of the item.
5. And finally, the signed memorabilia is packaged with a registration card so you can officially register the item with UDA.
