Excellent for both baseball and softball. The other protective gear (shin guards, chest protector and face mask) shown is not included.To determine the appropriate size, the forearm sleeves size measurements are: - Medium - 12 inches long, with a 6 inch forearm opening, and a 4 inch wrist opening.
- Large - 12.5 inches long, with a 6 inch forearm opening, and a 4 inch wrist opening.
- X-Large - 13 inches long, with a 6 inch forearm opening, and a 4 inch wrist opening.
