It is no secret that Santa can only be seen by true believers, and that's why he is always visible to children. They hear the clatter of tiny hooves and leave cookies and milk by the tree! "Shush!" said Santa. "This is our little secret! You see, I'm a fan, too! Let me help you with the banner."
