Training Design is a software program applicable to many sports for coaches who wish to organize the planning and prescription of their training programs. The basic concept of the program is that coaches use their own terminology and training philosophy to build an organized training menu and program design. This is not a cookbook like many other programs on the market. This program will not make any decisions for the coach but will organize your thoughts to help you make good training decisions.

• Plan training for year, month, weeks, days
• Create athlete files to be used to build the details of day to day training.
• Create modules of commonly used training sessions which can be easily accessed and moved to athlete's files to create training sessions.
• Enter results and keep track of performances for all athletes in all events.
• Calculate race distributions and paces for training.
• Individualize weight training for each athlete.
• Analyze training using graphics to see where work was prescribed and what volumes were trained for each component.
• Create as much or as little detail in the program as desired.

Training Design Pro requires ProVue Panorama® as it's engine. Panorama® is the fastest known database for a personal computer available. ProVue Panorama® is not included.
