XL & XLC Series Raceclocks use 90O wide-angle viewing super-bright outdoor red LEDs and are driven by constant-drive circuits to provide continuous brightness for hours of operation. These models have a rugged aluminum case and include a carrying handle, built-in keypad for selecting timing modes, time-of-day and preset times. Internal sealed batteries provide up to 10 hours, depending on model, of continuous operation on a single battery charge. A battery charger is included with plug-in power cord and charge indicator.

All of our Raceclocks do timing to 1/100 of a second

• At the start line:
  Display time-of-day or countdown the time remaining before the official start time.
• At the finish line:
  Display race-time for the entrants, spectators and media. A double sided clock is most effective. A second clock can be used to display Place Count.
• Along the course:
  A clock positioned at a mile or kilometer point along the course can be used to sequentially display race-time, pace-per-mile or kilometer, and projected finish time. Interim point clocks are mostappreciated by entrants, spectators, media and sponsors.

  Specifications:

  • Display: Red, 6" tall LEDs readable in bright sunlight. The digits and colons are omprised of discrete LED's arranged in a 7-segment format, 90° viewing angle.
  • Enclosure: Extruded aluminum, painted black with an acrylic window. An intergal keypad and carrying handle are provided.
  • Construction: Rugged, tamper-proof, weather resistant enclosure with smooth edges and foldaway carrying handle.
  • Electronics: Solid-state, microprocessor controlled, battery powered with sealed, lead-acid batteries and low-battery protection. 120Vac 60Hz battery charger with charge indicator and power cord are provided on XL and LM models. An external charger is provided on XLC (CE approved) models with operating power of 90-264Vac/47-63Hz for worldwide operation.
  • Time Measurement" 6-Digit Clocks: Timing to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds (99:59.59) or 99 minutes, 59 seconds, 99/100 seconds (99:59.99) selectable at the keypad.
