The Arrow's durable construction features include strong steel oar locks, heavy-duty pontoons with abrasion-resistant PVC bottoms and tough nylon tops, cold and heat-resistant HD vinyl bladder, and rugged 6' three-piece aluminum oars. The Arrow's many features when it is packed up into a backpack include a large top pocket, two bottom rod/oar pockets, detachable foam fly patch, rear elastic cord gear attachment system, dual side rod or rod-case holders, adjustable shoulder straps, and a fully padded lumbar rest and hip belt for comfortable hiking. Comfort features on the boat include a fully padded seat that conforms to the body, an extra tall seat back provides added back support, and footrests adjust to fit a wide range of leg lengths. Armrest storage in the pontoon boat includes a large middle pocket, two sloped gear pockets, four end mesh pockets, and an inset drink pocket. The Arrow Backpacker meets the strict safety standards of the ABYC, and includes safety features such as a higher ride for improved visibility and a combination fill/quick-deflation valves.
