With passing instruction, Shymansky includes demonstration along with detailed rationale for helping a player and coach chose the appropriate pass at the appropriate time. Part 3: Defense -- Shymansky focuses on digging technique and skills to extend the range of digging defense. Skills included are extensions, floor moves with hands digging, and one-handed digging.
