He uses on-court demonstration to illustrate four different innovative practice drills. Each drill is uniquely designed to emulate game situations as well as continually condition players. He discusses and demonstrates how to have a successful practice with minimal court space using drills such as "rotating approach" and "circle game". With drills such as "half-court king/queen" and "triples", Mountford demonstrates how to utilize a large number of courts with minimal players. Mountford shows how to design each practice to help you easily evaluate each player's true ability. He also provides tactics and strategy advice for both singles and doubles players.
