Great for improving strength, speed and vertical jump. The plyometric workout provides the athlete a program to increase quickness and agility without weights or machines. Each platform is made from 1" 16 gauge steel tubing with a blue powder coated finish. The platform is ¾" plywood covered with heavy anti-skid rubber. Stackable for storage. For indoor or outdoor use. 5-Piece Starter Set consists of two 18", two 24" and one 30" platform.
