The City Elite is an all-terrain stroller. It is not intended for jogging purposes. FEATURES: - Plush padded seat reclines to a near flat position: Each padded seat reclines individually by extending the strap on the back of the seat. Just squeeze the clamp and you can quickly raise or lower the seat to meet your children's needs
