Other Ingredients: Cellulose and Stearate (Vegetable Source).

Suggested Use:
Adults may take 1 caplet 3 times per day with meals. Competitive athletes or bodybuilders may take 3 caplets 30 minutes before vigorous exercise. Usage may be doubled for short periods of time. Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.
