Calibrate using a tape measurer, and then never use the tape again, eliminating all human error of eyeballing measurements, squaring the tape and extending the foul line to the side. After placing the measuring laser at the foul line, simply point the laser on the rail, push a button on the measuring laser and read the measurement. Capable of taking measurements of two separate boards without recalibrating. Measurements can be taken using metric or English units.
