Larry Leith is a professor in the Department of Physical and Health Education at the University of Toronto. He holds a cross-appointment with the Department of Behavioral Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Leith teaches undergraduate courses in Sport Psychology, Health Psychology, and Sports Administration. At the graduate level, Larry has designed and implemented a course entitled Exercise Psychology, utilizing many of the principles covered in this book. He has presented and published over 100 articles dealing with health psychology, sport psychology, and other areas of human behavior. Larry and his wife Nancy reside in Guelph, Ontario.
