Curtis Strange, U.S. Open trophy (1988). Strange was the first player to win back to back U.S. Open titles 1988 &1989 since Ben Hogan in 1950-51. He was a three time recipient of the Arnold Palmer Award as the Tour's leading money winner, 1985, 1987, 1988.
